Content: Thank you for your quick response. However, it does not answer my ?. The flash is still strong, but to "top it off', I tried plugging the charger into it. The red light on the charger box comes on and after a few minutes gets very hot. Not the flashlight nor the cord, just the charger itself. I thought it was supposed to have overcharge protection. I'm afraid if I leave it, it will catch fire! ?? Clarification please.

Content: Hello, I purchased one of your flashlights last February, and I absolutely love it! But, it's not turning on for me anymore unless it's plugged into the wall. Now I did some research and what I have figured out is that the batteries seem they may be bad/faulty. Flashlight is the 6000 lumens on it brightest setting.2 rechargeable batteries: ICR 26650 3.7v 6000mAh Li-ionI would like to get another set of batteries for it if that sounds correct? I have not used the flashlight much at all but I did enjoy it while it lasted so I would greatly appreciate the help?

Content: Hi I bought a PFSN TCP50 Torch from yourselves through amazon last December and the torch is no longer holding a long charge. Only a few minutes of torch light and when put on charge, will charge for 10 minutes before charger cuts out. Is the charger fault or is it the batteries? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
