Product ID:Subject: Scuba Dive Headlamp
Content: I purchased two Scuba Dive Headlamps and could not get one to work so you sent me a replacement. Thank you for that assistance. However, the lights automatically turn off if the battery cap is tightened even a little. There are two red ring washers that I assume are to keep water out of the battery compartment, but I cannot tighten that cap that far before the lights turn off and will not turn back on. I can literally only turn the cap 3/4 of a revolution before the lights shut off. This seems like a design flaw with the cap according to online trouble shooting. I can complete the circuit by using a key to connect the battery and compartment sidewall. but again; if I push the battery in very far it shuts off. Any assistance on how to correct this flaw?
