Content: I purchased a PFSN Dive Light Diving Flashlight - High Lumens Underwater Flashlight for Diving, 400m Beam Distance, 20Hrs Long Last, Rechargeable Scuba Flashlight Best for Scuba Diving, Caving, Spearfishing, on Amazon in September of 2025. Used it twice and it no longer turns on. Battery is fully charged, contacts are clean, light has not been flooded. It just stopped working.

Content: I bought a DF30PRO-B 3 months ago for SCUBA diving. I used it for the first time last week and it does not work underwater. It seems to be the switch. Out of the water it works fine. Newly charged battery. I tried to use it many times underwater, but it always failed under 20 feet of depth. Always worked on the surface.

Content: Received one of your flashlights (DF30PRO) as a gift and it does not turn on. The rechargeable battery reads charged according to the USB charger, but flashlight will not turn on.
