Content: I ordered Scuba Dive Light Diving Flashlight High Lumens Underwater Flashlight 150m Waterproof, 400m Long Throw Beam Diving Light, Best Rechargeable. Charged battery says was done put in flashlight turned on went dim and turned off would not turn back on did the charge again with same results. How would you like to handle? Thanks, Tom
